The Moment We Had Been Waiting For
Last year Jer and Toby went on a little expedition together. They did some male bonding by screaming and yelling over MONSTER TRUCKS!! They had such a good time, they decided Brinci and I should participate as well. Last Friday we all went to the Energy Solutions Arena and watched monster trucks! It was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, Toby was a bit under the weather and couldn’t enjoy it as much as he would have liked, but he was a trooper and clapped when he needed to. He came away with a new favorite Monster Truck. Blue Thunder. Here is a video I found with Bue Thunder in it.

Between the monster truck stuff there was some other fun stuff to keep us occupied. They had a bunch of pieced together trucks (my dad would have loved this!) that raced. I was really cheering for the chick, but she didn’t win. Then they had motorcycles doing crazy jumps and stuff. It was a lot of fun. I think we have some volunteers to come with us next year even! I’m afraid that this may become a family tradition for us. It was a lot of fun and we are all excited for when Gus can come with us!
