Two Weeks Together
So I am a big slacker!! Between the packing for Thanksgiving and the unpacking after Thanksgiving, I didn’t get my last two weeks of thanks in. So I will get them in now, two at a time.
I am very thankful for a wonderful place to live. This includes all the many wonderful people that we get to associate with. I have many friends that I don’ t know what I would do without. There are so many people here who have family real close by and it’s sometimes hard not to have that. But we have wonderful friends and neighbors who look out for us. I am also thankful for the beautiful valley we have to look at everyday. It is so great to look out the window and see so many of God’s creations. I hope that I always take advantage of that.
The last thing, but definitely not the least, I want to express thanks for is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am so thankful for the opportunity that I have to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The knowledge that we have is so comforting. At times of trial, I am so thankful for a loving Heavenly Father who loves us and wants to help us.
There are many more things that I am thankful for, and hopefully I will remember to occasionally write about them! Have a very wonderful Sunday and a super Christmas Season!
