Season of Thanks
I’ve decided that since it is November and that seems to be the time of year we focus on what we are thankful for, I am going to post a blog every week about something that I’m thankful for. I am going to start with family.
I am thankful most of all for a wonderful husband who does more for me than I ever give him credit for. I am thankful for the things he teaches me and for the point of view he helps me to achieve. He is a wonderful person, husband, and father. Thanks Babe. Luv Ya!!
I am so thankful for parents who continue to teach me, both my biological parents, and my husbands parents. They are all wonderful people who care so much for their children. I am thankful for siblings, again both mine and my husbands and all their spouses. I am always amazed at the bits of insight that I get from each of them and the things they are doing in their lives that I want to emulate. I appreciate the love they have for my children and the great examples they are. I am thankful for nieces and nephews who are showing me what to expect from my children, and doing things that I hope my children will do as well.
Finally I am thankful for the three wonderful children that are entrusted in my care. I know I’m not the best mom, but with their help, I’m getting better! I never knew it was possible to fall in love with someone as quickly as I did these three. I am thankful for the lessons of life that they are teaching to me.
So thank you all who are a part of my life. I love you so much. Hopefully I will be able to show you that love through the way I live my life. You have all shown me a little something more that I would like to be!
